Thousand Palms home prices fall in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in Thousand Palms fell by $16,000 while total sales increased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $274,000 - a 5.5% decrease over the $290,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Thousand Palms in May 2018.
