Indio home prices rise in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in Indio rose by $2,000 while total sales increased by 7.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were 131 homes sold, with a median sale price of $310,000 - a 0.6% increase over the $308,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 122 homes sold in Indio in May 2018.
