Beaumont home prices fall in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in Beaumont fell by $1,000 while total sales increased by 25.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were 74 homes sold, with a median sale price of $334,000 - a 0.3% decrease over the $335,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 59 homes sold in Beaumont in May 2018.

The median sales tax in Beaumont for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $5,258, approximately 1.6% of the median home sale price for May 2019.
