Perris home prices rise in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in Perris rose by $33,500 while total sales increased by 11.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were 86 homes sold, with a median sale price of $338,500 - a 11% increase over the $305,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 77 homes sold in Perris in May 2018.
