Palm Springs home prices rise in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in Palm Springs rose by $4,500 while total sales decreased by 2.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were 172 homes sold, with a median sale price of $418,500 - a 1.1% increase over the $414,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 176 homes sold in Palm Springs in May 2018.
