Winchester home prices fall in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in Winchester fell by $15,750 while total sales increased by 18.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were 64 homes sold, with a median sale price of $429,500 - a 3.5% decrease over the $445,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 54 homes sold in Winchester in May 2018.
