The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in La Quinta fell by $29,250 while total sales decreased by 25.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were 132 homes sold, with a median sale price of $447,000 - a 6.1% decrease over the $476,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 178 homes sold in La Quinta in May 2018.
