Corona home prices fall in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in Corona fell by $8,955 while total sales decreased by 9.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were 250 homes sold, with a median sale price of $506,046 - a 1.7% decrease over the $515,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 277 homes sold in Corona in May 2018.

The median sales tax in Corona for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $5,033, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for May 2019.
