Cabazon home prices rise in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Cabazon rose by $48,000 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $143,000 - a 50.5% increase over the $95,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Cabazon in April 2018.
