Indio home prices fall in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Indio fell by $20,500 while total sales decreased by 12.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were 122 homes sold, with a median sale price of $305,000 - a 6.3% decrease over the $325,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 139 homes sold in Indio in April 2018.
