The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Palm Desert rose by $15,000 while total sales decreased by 9.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were 225 homes sold, with a median sale price of $365,000 - a 4.3% increase over the $350,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 248 homes sold in Palm Desert in April 2018.
