Wildomar home prices rise in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Wildomar rose by $3,250 while total sales decreased by 18.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $401,250 - a 0.8% increase over the $398,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in Wildomar in April 2018.
