Winchester home prices rise in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Winchester rose by $41,500 while total sales decreased by 14%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were 37 homes sold, with a median sale price of $437,500 - a 10.5% increase over the $396,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 43 homes sold in Winchester in April 2018.
