Corona home prices rise in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Corona rose by $10,000 while total sales decreased by 7.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were 223 homes sold, with a median sale price of $520,000 - a 2% increase over the $510,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 242 homes sold in Corona in April 2018.

The median sales tax in Corona for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $5,033, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for April 2019.
