Coachella home prices fall in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Coachella fell by $8,000 while total sales decreased by 9.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $242,000 - a 3.2% decrease over the $250,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in Coachella in March 2018.

The median sales tax in Coachella for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,148, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for March 2019.
