San Jacinto home prices rise in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in San Jacinto rose by $10,500 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were 60 homes sold, with a median sale price of $285,000 - a 3.8% increase over the $274,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 72 homes sold in San Jacinto in March 2018.
