The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Cherry Valley fell by $69,000 while total sales decreased by 55.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $301,000 - a 18.6% decrease over the $370,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Cherry Valley in March 2018.
