Indio home prices rise in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Indio rose by $17,500 while total sales decreased by 11.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were 116 homes sold, with a median sale price of $317,500 - a 5.8% increase over the $300,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 131 homes sold in Indio in March 2018.

The median sales tax in Indio for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,862, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for March 2019.
