Moreno Valley home prices rise in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Moreno Valley rose by $7,500 while total sales decreased by 25.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were 151 homes sold, with a median sale price of $325,000 - a 2.4% increase over the $317,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 202 homes sold in Moreno Valley in March 2018.

The median sales tax in Moreno Valley for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,568, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for March 2019.
