Cathedral City home prices rise in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Cathedral City rose by $57,000 while total sales decreased by 14.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were 59 homes sold, with a median sale price of $349,000 - a 19.5% increase over the $292,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 69 homes sold in Cathedral City in March 2018.
