Riverside home prices rise in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Riverside rose by $25,000 while total sales decreased by 10%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were 271 homes sold, with a median sale price of $405,000 - a 6.6% increase over the $380,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 301 homes sold in Riverside in March 2018.
