Wildomar home prices fall in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Wildomar fell by $5,000 while total sales remained unchanged with 39 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were 39 homes sold, with a median sale price of $410,000 - a 1.2% decrease over the $415,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 39 homes sold in Wildomar in March 2018, as well.
