Murrieta home prices fall in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Murrieta fell by $500 while total sales decreased by 21.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were 152 homes sold, with a median sale price of $419,500 - a 0.1% decrease over the $420,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 193 homes sold in Murrieta in March 2018.
