Hemet home prices fall in February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in Hemet fell by $2,500 while total sales increased by 7.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were 121 homes sold, with a median sale price of $250,000 - a 1% decrease over the $252,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 113 homes sold in Hemet in February 2018.

The median sales tax in Hemet for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,979, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for February 2019.
