Thousand Palms home prices rise in February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in Thousand Palms rose by $97,500 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $250,000 - a 63.9% increase over the $152,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Thousand Palms in February 2018.
