Moreno Valley home prices rise in February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in Moreno Valley rose by $10,000 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were 115 homes sold, with a median sale price of $325,000 - a 3.2% increase over the $315,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 138 homes sold in Moreno Valley in February 2018.

The median sales tax in Moreno Valley for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,568, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for February 2019.
