Beaumont home prices rise in February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in Beaumont rose by $40,250 while total sales decreased by 4.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were 46 homes sold, with a median sale price of $339,750 - a 13.4% increase over the $299,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 48 homes sold in Beaumont in February 2018.

The median sales tax in Beaumont for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $5,258, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for February 2019.
