Riverside home prices rise in February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in Riverside rose by $9,750 while total sales decreased by 10.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were 208 homes sold, with a median sale price of $409,250 - a 2.4% increase over the $399,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 232 homes sold in Riverside in February 2018.

The median sales tax in Riverside for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,709, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for February 2019.
