Indian Wells home prices rise in February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in Indian Wells rose by $23,500 while total sales decreased by 17.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $852,500 - a 2.8% increase over the $829,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Indian Wells in February 2018.

The median sales tax in Indian Wells for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $8,454, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for February 2019.
