Indio home prices rise in January 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2019 in Indio rose by $4,000 while total sales decreased by 22.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2019, there were 72 homes sold, with a median sale price of $299,000 - a 1.4% increase over the $295,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 93 homes sold in Indio in January 2018.

The median sales tax in Indio for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,862, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for January 2019.
