San Jacinto home prices rise in January 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2019 in San Jacinto rose by $35,500 while total sales increased by 21.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2019, there were 56 homes sold, with a median sale price of $299,500 - a 13.4% increase over the $264,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 46 homes sold in San Jacinto in January 2018.

The median sales tax in San Jacinto for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,440, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for January 2019.
