Cathedral City home prices rise in January 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2019 in Cathedral City rose by $9,000 while total sales decreased by 32.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2019, there were 41 homes sold, with a median sale price of $318,000 - a 2.9% increase over the $309,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 61 homes sold in Cathedral City in January 2018.
