Beaumont home prices rise in January 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2019 in Beaumont rose by $26,000 while total sales decreased by 13.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2019, there were 33 homes sold, with a median sale price of $335,000 - a 8.4% increase over the $309,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 38 homes sold in Beaumont in January 2018.
