Coachella home prices rise in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Coachella rose by $11,000 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $230,000 - a 5% increase over the $219,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Coachella in July 2016.
