On July 26, Marvin Sleeper Jr. and Austin N. Buckingham purchased a property at 57 Van Ness Ave., Occidental from Albert Brown for $70,000.

The last time this property sold was Feb. 4, 2016. It last sold for $66,000.

So far in July 2019, this is the only property that sold in Occidental as of this publication.
