Dublin home prices fell in January 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2020 in Dublin fell by $205,000 while total sales decreased by 21.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2020, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $580,000 - a 26.1% decrease over the $785,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Dublin in January 2019.
