Pricing for the median home in Alameda increased during January 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2020 in Alameda rose by $177,500 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2020, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,065,000 - a 20% increase over the $887,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Alameda in January 2019.
