Pricing for the median home in Los Angeles increased during April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Los Angeles rose by $32,500 while total sales increased by 2.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were 1,160 homes sold, with a median sale price of $607,500 - a 5.7% increase over the $575,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 1,135 homes sold in Los Angeles in April 2016.
