Pricing for the median home in Palmdale increased during the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Palmdale rose by $40,000 while total sales remained unchanged with 335 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 335 homes sold, with a median sale price of $310,000 - a 14.8% increase over the $270,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 335 homes sold in Palmdale in the second quarter of 2016, as well.
