Home prices increased in Los Angeles during the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Los Angeles rose by $47,500 while total sales increased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 4,209 homes sold, with a median sale price of $627,500 - a 8.2% increase over the $580,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 3,683 homes sold in Los Angeles in the second quarter of 2016.
