Eldridge home prices fell in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Eldridge fell by $113,500 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $551,500 - a 17.1% decrease over the $665,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Eldridge in the second quarter of 2016.
