The median sale price of a home sold in January 2020 in Monte Rio rose by $314,257 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $513,000 - a 158.1% increase over the $198,743 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Monte Rio in January 2019.
