January 2017: Sebastopol experienced a 31.9% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Sebastopol fell by $215,500 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $459,000 - a 31.9% decrease over the $674,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Sebastopol in January 2016.
