January 2017: Home prices in Windsor increased

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Windsor rose by $40,000 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $507,500 - a 8.6% increase over the $467,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Windsor in January 2016.
