On Sept. 29, Rae Jean Fabian (trustee) sold their commercial property at 2645 Harbor Blvd., Costa Mesa to Niru Hotel Group LLC for $6,775,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2021 was $26,660.02, 0.39% of the sale price of the home.

So far in September 2021, five properties sold in Costa Mesa.
