Lake Forest home prices rose in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Lake Forest rose by $69,000 while total sales decreased by 1.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were 438 homes sold, with a median sale price of $760,000 - a 10% increase over the $691,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 445 homes sold in Lake Forest in the first half of 2016.
