Ladera Ranch home prices rose in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Ladera Ranch rose by $98,000 while total sales decreased by 13.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were 153 homes sold, with a median sale price of $935,000 - a 11.7% increase over the $837,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 176 homes sold in Ladera Ranch in the first half of 2016.
