January 2020: Fountain Valley experienced a 4.9% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2020 in Fountain Valley fell by $39,000 while total sales decreased by 7.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2020, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $750,000 - a 4.9% decrease over the $789,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in Fountain Valley in January 2019.
