January 2020: Costa Mesa experienced a 1.1% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2020 in Costa Mesa fell by $9,500 while total sales increased by 45.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2020, there were 54 homes sold, with a median sale price of $892,500 - a 1.1% decrease over the $902,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 37 homes sold in Costa Mesa in January 2019.
