The median sale price of a home sold in January 2020 in Laguna Beach rose by $237,000 while total sales increased by 5.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2020, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,837,000 - a 14.8% increase over the $1,600,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Laguna Beach in January 2019.
